I found the room very spacious. It was a Grand Beautiful Twin Room Mobility Access. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices. The hotel provides a free shuttle boat to Sathorn Pier.
This caused some delays during peak hours. I hope they fix it soon.

Breakfast is served both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor dining offers a nice view of the river. I saw many breakfast choices with various cuisines, including Asian and European options. fruit and vegetables.

The hotel features a massive pool. The pool area looks good. I also liked the all you can eat breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of choices.
The hotel room smelled musty. The drapes looked like they needed a deep clean. Also the room seemed dusty to me.

The hotel gave complimentary tuk tuk rides! it was very convenient. also, there were cute arrival snacks and beverages for us, so thoughtful. our room overlooked the pool and the river. The nighttime view was amazing!
the rooms are very dusty! the drapes and upholstery could really use a deep clean. my room smelled musty, yikes. there is no iron or ironing board in the room! i had to call the front desk to ask for one.
